AssuredPartners, Inc. has promoted Joe Guercio to executive vice president of Operations, with a focus on EBITDA growth through managing its branch offices, the integration of new acquisitions, operational efficiencies – specifically through agency management systems, quality control and continuous support to COO Tom Riley and Regional Executive team.
Guercio started his career with AssuredPartners in 2016 as vice president of Operations. During his tenure with AssuredPartners he has worked with the executive leadership team to shape profitability goals and vision driving EBITDA growth throughout the company.
Guercio and his team have integrated 60 acquisitions and Guercio has been instrumental in the development of AssuredPartners corporate premium financing program while improving operational efficiencies in licensing and the communication enhancements through the build-out of an internal intranet.
