ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company has promoted Jo Jo Mudd to Underwriting Manager.

Mudd joined the company in 2010 when it was KESA, The Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Fund, as a Senior Underwriter. Most recently, Mudd held the position of Senior Underwriting Specialist. Prior to joining the company, she gained valuable

underwriting experience while working for AIK, Meadowbrook Insurance, AmComp, and Employers, where she also established relationships with producers she continues to work with at ClearPath Mutual. In addition, Mudd holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company is a monoline workers’ compensation insurance carrier that is domiciled in Louisville, KY.

Beecher Carlson

Beecher Carlson Insurance Services, LLC (“Beecher Carlson”), a specialized large account insurance broker, has added Andre O’Reggio to its Executive Liability practice as Managing Director. His primary responsibilities will be to serve as a senior advisor to our clients and assist them in developing effective executive liability programs. O’Reggio will report to Jane Hahn, Managing Director of Beecher Carlson’s Executive Liability practice.

O’Reggio has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, which has included overseeing a portfolio of Fortune 500 and other public and private accounts. He specializes in assisting clients with their executive liability needs, including director and officers, cyber and professional, employment practices, fiduciary liability coverages, crime and fidelity, and other assorted customized products.

Atlanta-based Beecher Carlson is a large account risk management broker.
