Allied American USA, a national claims management firm based in Tampa, is now a designated claims administrator for Lloyd’s of London.
Allied, in business for more than 20 years, called the designation a “prestigious milestone,” allowing the firm to adjust and manage a wide range of claims for the London insurance giant. Its proprietary claims management system allows tailoring to multiple programs and data reporting needs, the company said.
CEO Joseph Jones thanked the company’s business partner, Aspen Insurance, and Carey Bond, U.S. head of claims at Lloyd’s, for their support and guidance.
Allied was born in 2002 when several companies joined together to offer infotech, business and claims services.
