Lincoln is an independent agency that offers auto, home, life and commercial inurance coverage, King said in a news release. Timothy Thompson, a principal at Lincoln, said the merger will strengthen the agency’s range of insurance offerings.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. It comes two weeks after King announced another acquisition – Barnette and Coates Inc., an agency in Henderson, North Carolina.
