S.N. Potter, KEMPES Form Partnership for Rural Special Districts Insurance Services

Stockton, Calif.-based S.N. Potter Inc., a full service countrywide manager for property and casualty insurance programs, announced the creation of Rural Special Districts Insurance Services (RSDI) to write water, irrigation, and emergency services business with KEMPES, the program-specific subsidiary of Kemper Insurance Cos.

With over 2,000 entities insured, RSDI is one of the leading writers of special district business in the country.

The KEMPES Special Districts Program is customized to offer a comprehensive insurance package to public and private entities involved in water treatment and distribution, as well as emergency services operations.

The coverages are offered on a portfolio basis, and include property, boiler & machinery, inland marine, crime, general liability, automobile, public officials liability, employment practices liability and professional liability.

S.N. Potter has regional operations in four states.

KEMPES, the program-specific subsidiary of the Kemper Insurance Cos., offers, through its network of selected program managers, a diverse portfolio of customized specialty insurance programs focused on professional liability, public entity and property/casualty coverages.

Program insurance is written through Specialty National Insurance Co. and Specialty Surplus Insurance Co., subsidiaries of KEMPES Inc.
