Hosted by an Application Service Provider (ASP) delivery system and accessible from a secure Internet site, customers can avoid having to install, host, update and support these products in-house.

According to HNC, its hosted ASP offers many benefits to customers, who can save significantly by not having to provide computer hardware, facilities, maintenance and IT support personnel. Software and data updates take place automatically, assuring that customers have the latest versions. Product support is available both online and from HNC’s trained team of bill review and application support specialists. In addition, the HNC hosted ASP bill review applications look and behave identically to their client/server versions.

Extensive data security procedures are utilized to protect customer information. Data is not publicly accessible, shielded behind multiple levels of security and deep encryption. In addition, customers log in using a one-use, limited duration security key.
