The hosts for the seminar will be WSS’ Northern California office and Shand Morahan. The topic is “How Many Ways Can an Employer be Sued by their Employees?”
Attendees can increase their knowledge of EPLI giving them the confidence to SELL this fast growing, important product. Some of the issues covered include: Legal issues related to this product; how EPLI policy provisions respond to violations of employment law; underwriting employment practices exposures; and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various EPLI policies.
The free seminar is being held at Radisson Hotel Sacramento, 500 Leisure Lane in Sacramento, Calif. on July 15. Registration and a complimentary continental breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. The actual seminar begins at 8:30 a.m., ending at 11:30 am. Attendees who complete the entire course # 95118 will earn three hours of CE Credits from the California Department of Insurance.
