The three hour seminar promises to explain the legal foundations for professional liability that drives the insurance need for clients; Provide examples of recent professional liability claims; Spotlight situations in which coverage gaps can exist between the CGL and MPL policies, which, if handled improperly, could create an Agents E&O situation; Show how to prepare a correct submission; Instruct in locating markets and working successfully with underwriters and intermediaries to place Miscellaneous Professional Liability coverages and more.
The free seminar is being held at Wyndham Suites at 3350 Avenue of the Arts, Costa Mesa, Calif. 92626 on Aug. 25. Registration and a complimentary continental breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. The actual seminar begins at 9 a.m. ending at 12 noon.
