The ISU Group and Rob MacKethan have announced the creation of Agency Advisors, a consultancy providing merger & acquisition services, business appraisals and perpetuation planning advice to independent insurance agents.
Agency Advisors is providing services to owners of independent agencies in the western United States initially. Agency Advisors will also seek investment opportunities for ISU.

MacKethan has extensive experience with insurance distribution, marketing and underwriting as well as agency M&A. He founded a venture-funded P&C agency in 1999 and recently sold it to a publicly-traded national bank. Earlier, he served in management roles for both Chubb and ISU.
The ISU Group operates a national network of more than 90 locally-owned branch offices. Each branch office enjoys the strength and resources of a national brokerage firm while maintaining its independent ownership.
