Penn-America insures a wide array of classes of business from Bars/Taverns/Restaurants to Apartments and other Habitational Risks.
Commercial Packages, Monoline General Liability, and Monoline Property Policies are available pending the class of business. Properties can be written with values up to $1,000,000. General Liability Limits are available up to $3,000,000 Per Occurrence and General Aggregate with the ability to write even higher CGL Limits through Excess Liability policies.
Furthermore, in partnership with Penn-America, Union General is pleased to announce TOPS, a new, broker friendly, online rating system that offers instant quotes and easy access to previously quoted and pending accounts.
Currently the TOPS online system offers four classes of business including, Contractors, Special Events, GL for 1-4 Family Dwellings, as well as Trucking GL with many more classes on the way.
