Cambridge General Agency has an “A” rated market writing general liability coverage for home inspectors in California. These are the individuals that are hired by the potential homeowner to provide them with a home inspection prior to them purchasing the home from the seller. They are required to carry errors and ommissions, which Cambridge also can place. Although the E&O is written on a claims made form, the general liability is written on an occurrence form.
Minimum premium for general liability at $750. A package policy is available. Limits available are up to $3 million occurrence.
Coverage is being written by a non-admitted, “A” rated carrier.
