Toby’s Family Foods of Springfield, Ore., is recalling two products because of the risk of salmonella contamination.
The company said it is recalling 353 units of Toby’s Lite Sour Creme and Toby’s Toasted Sesame Dressing that were distributed primarily in Oregon, but also in Washington and California, through natural food and specialty retailers.
No illnesses have been reported. Only 100 of the 353 recalled units remain unaccounted for.
The company said an ingredient, MaraNatha Sesame Tahini manufactured by San Leandro, Calif.-based nSpired Natural Foods, was potentially contaminated.
Consumers who purchased the Toby’s products should return them to retailers or contact Toby’s for a replacement coupon.
