Liberty Benefit Insurance Services Launches Human Resources Assessment Program

Liberty Benefit Insurance Services Inc. has launched, “Mirror, Mirror On The Wall…What HR Skills Matter, If At All?” a skills and knowledge assessment program for human resources professionals.

Developed based on the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) certification exam, the program gauges human resources skills and knowledge needed to obtain certification offered by the Human Resources Certification Institute. The program’s main areas of focus include strategic management, workforce planning and employment, human resource development, total rewards, employee and labor relations and risk management. Certification levels are dependent on a professional’s strength of knowledge in those key areas.
