Liberty Northwest, a Liberty Mutual Agency Markets regional company, announced strong return results for its Liberty Northwest/Oregon Restaurant Association (LNW/ORA) workers’ compensation insurance program.
The Portland-based company said member restaurants will share a retrospective rating adjustment for the policy year ending December 31, 2008 of more than $3 million, a figure that accounts for premium adjustments, tax savings, and non-disabling medical reimbursements. The average member account savings is more than 21 percent.
Participants in the group program have received a retrospective rating return every year since 1986, said Steve McCoid, ORA President and Chief Executive Officer.
