Utah’s Bruckner Company Hires Industry Leader

The Buckner Company, of Ogden, Utah, welcomes the addition of Alan Seegrist, an insurance professional and legislative leader with more than 20 years experience, as vice president and practice leader of Buckner’s Employee Benefits division. Seegrist will be involved with helping further the growth and scope of the division.

Seegrist’s career in the insurance industry began in 1989, and he soon opened his own agency, Seegrist and Associates. He has also been actively involved in associations, boards and committees surrounding a variety of insurance and health-related topics, including the Utah Association of Health Underwriters, the Salt Lake Valley Health Department, the Utah Health Policy Commissions, and the Utah Health Exchange Implementation Committee, of which he is currently a member.

Seegrist’s specialties include health benefit consulting for businesses, health management programs, wellness implementation, and self-funding insurance policies.

Founded in Ogden in 1936, The Buckner Company has been serving the insurance needs of Utah and the surrounding states for more than 70 years.
