Reno, Nev.-based Employers announced it has named Stephen Hedglin vice president of business development for stragetic partnerships and alliances. It also has named David Morton vice president of sales, strategic partnerships and alliances.
Hedglin will focus on prospective partnerships and identify, source, evaluate and initiate partnership opportunities with target companies including payroll providers, healthcare providers, retailers servicing small/medium businesses, small business associations and organizations, financial institutions, and banks and credit providers.
Morton will focus on driving and measuring partner performance, ensuring communication and managing issue resolution with partners. He will lead his team of client relations managers and sales executives and to develop and implement strategies to manage and grow new business.
