The South Bay Chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women International (NAIW) has recognized several members for contributions and achievement. Honorees include Young Professional of the Year Tiffany McPartland of Bliss & Glennon in Redondo Beach, Calif.; Insurance Professional of the Year Darlene Bada of Willis HRH in Long Beach, Calif.; and Most Inspirational Member Shirley Shilling Cimino of C&S Insurance Services in Torrance, Calif.
Additionally, Inspiring Mentor Award recipients include: Karen Peters of Peters Insurance in Torrance; Carleen Armstrong of Driscoll & Associates in Signal Hill, Calif.; Nancy Petru of Bliss & Glennon in Reno, Nev.; and Sarah Kelly of Nickerson Insurance in Lomitaj, Calif. The Miss Congeniality Award was given to Nancy Howell of State Farm in Torrance; Miss Hospitality went to Kris McConnell of Rogers Insurance in Torrance.
Wanita Iranmanesh of Nickerson Insurance in Lomita, and Gina Thomas Patterson of Roanoke Trade Services in Long Beach were both recognized for educational development in earning NAIW’s Certified Professional Insurance Woman industry designation.
