Poms Adds Managing Director and Senior Account Manager

Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Poms & Associates Insurance Brokers Inc. named Emil McCulloch managing director and Karen Williamson-Gracey senior account manager in its Northern California office.

McCulloch will lead Poms & Associate’s growth strategy in Northern California and oversee the hiring of staff in the Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty groups. Previously serving as a Principal with Edgewood Partners Insurance Center, McCulloch’s focus is on middle market companies, with a niche in the technology and hospitality sectors.

Williamson-Gracey will supervise and work with the employee benefits team to strategically execute employer’s long-term business goals. With a focus in offering creative solutions to mitigate the increase of overall benefit costs while balancing employee satisfaction with competitive benefit packages. Prior to Poms & Associates, she was a senior account manager with Edgewood Partners Insurance Center.
