Employee benefits agency Digital Insurance has acquired Fallick Insurance Services of Mountain View, Calif.
Fallick joins the Los Altos/Silicon Valley office of Digital Benefit Advisors, a division of Digital Insurance.
Digital is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial.
