Chicago, Ill.-based Hub International Ltd. subsidiary Hub International Mountain States has acquired the assets of Beartooth Insurance Inc.
Beartooth is a full-service insurance brokerage firm operating out of offices in Red Lodge and Absarokee, Mont.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Beartooth President Tom Kastelitz will join Hub Mountain as location manager, reporting to Rene LeVeaux, president of Hub Mountain.
Hub International Ltd. provides property/casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services through offices in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Brazil.
