Burnham Benefits Adds Garcia to Its San Francisco Team

Burnham Benefits Insurance Services Inc. has named Adele Garcia a senior account executive in its San Francisco Bay area office.

Garcia will consult with Burnham clients to help them educate, instruct and engage employees on wellness initiatives and efficient management of the health services and benefits available to them. Garcia will focus her expertise on client retention by choosing client-specific funding arrangements and creating strategies for controlling cost.

Garcia has extensive knowledge in navigating major changes in the health and employee benefit landscape for employers with a background in helping employers understand and follow the Affordable Care Act.

Prior to Burnham Benefits, Garcia was vice president of the employee benefits division at Andreini and Co.

Burnham is an independent employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm headquartered in Irvine, Calif. It has offices in Orange County, the San Francisco Bay area, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, as well as satellites in Oregon and the Washington D.C. metro area.
