Alliant Acquires Aviation Agency John F. Throne & Co. in Washington

Alliant Insurance Services has acquired John F. Throne & Co., a Seattle, Wash.-based aviation insurance agency.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

John F. Throne’s leadership, client services and business development teams will remain in place.
