People Moves: InterWest Names Espinosa Senior Director in California, IMA Adds Washington to Executive Leadership

InterWest Insurance Services has named Brad Espinosa senior director in its surety division.

He will be based in Sacramento, Calif., and report to Keith Schuler, president and CEO of InterWest Insurance Services.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the surety industry. His areas of expertise include placing and managing surety programs, as well as finding solutions to support both middle market and national surety customers.

InterWest an insurance brokerage providing commercial, employee benefits, surety and personal insurance solutions.

IMA Financial Group has named Paul Washington to its executive leadership team.

Washington has 30-plus years of experience in senior operating roles for both commercial and public sector entities. He will oversee corporate partnerships for IMA, and will support the firm’s real estate needs as it expands throughout the U.S. Washington will also manage IMA’s technology investment fund and its innovations.

Before joining IMA, he was market director for commercial real estate company JLL’s Colorado and Utah operations. Prior to that, he spent nearly six years as executive director of economic development for Denver.
