Alera Group, an independent, national insurance and wealth management firm, has acquired McSherry & Hudson Insurance Services, an independent, full-service insurance brokerage firm offering property and casualty, industry-specific risk management, surety, loss control, claims and employee benefits.
Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Based in Watsonville, California, McSherry & Hudson Insurance Services provides insurance and surety services throughout California, bridging the gap between liabilities and the protection of assets in construction, agriculture, real estate and beyond.
The McSherry & Hudson Insurance Services team will continue serving clients in their existing roles.
