People Moves: WTW Adds Rolfe in West; Guy Carpenter Makes GC Access Appointments

WTW, a global advisory, broking and solutions company based in New York, New York, has appointed Terry Rolfe as director of client relationship management within the company’s aerospace business.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rolfe joins WTW from EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, where she served as the aviation practice leader. Before EPIC, Rolfe also served in an aviation leadership role at Integro after working for nearly a decade in a senior leadership position with Marsh in New York City. Rolfe will be based on the west coast.

Guy Carpenter, a global risk and reinsurance specialist and a business of Marsh McLennan, announced that it expanded its capabilities with three new hires to its GC Access team and a new collaboration with Guy Carpenter’s Ratings Advisory Service.

  • Bryan Willingham, new managing director and co-head of the southwest region, brings more than 19 years of reinsurance experience, most recently specializing in placing treaty reinsurance for worker’s compensation and property and casualty insurers, and MGA programs across the U.S.
  • Alex Donkervoet, the new senior vice president and co-head of the southwest region, has over 15 years of actuarial, reinsurance, product, underwriting and operations experience.
  • Nate Palmer, new assistant vice president, most recently worked as a commercial lines wholesale broker specializing in financial lines and cyber coverage.

The GC Access team will collaborate with Guy Carpenter’s Ratings Advisory Service team, which advises clients on new and existing rating assignments, capital optimization, financial forecasting, stress testing and peer benchmarking. Guy Carpenter has over 3,200 employees in over 60 offices and is headquartered in New York, New York.
