Los Angeles CPCU Society Chapter Names Worldwide Facilities, LLC 2015 Employer of the Year

Los Angeles, CA, February 18, 2016 — On December 8, 2015, The Los Angeles CPCU Society Chapter presented its first “Employer of the Year” award to Lori Hunter, CPCU, on behalf of Worldwide Facilities, LLC.

The award is meant to recognize an employer for the support they provide to employees in earning the CPCU designation, as well as their involvement in the CPCU Society throughout the year.

Worldwide Facilities is committed to supporting its employees in continuing their studies. During 2015, two employees earned the CPCU designation; several more are completing the designation in 2016. Worldwide Facilities places a lot of value in their employees continuing their insurance education and earning this designation that will help them in all aspects of their career.

Worldwide Facilities also provides continued support to the Los Angeles CPCU Society Chapter. They were one of the sponsors for the Society’s Annual All Industry Day in October, and encourage employees to attend Society events and luncheons. Because of the company’s support and sponsorship, Worldwide Facilities employees are often a valued contributing presence at CPCU Society events.

Lori Hunter of Worldwide Facilities earned her CPCU designation in 1990, and has played a lead role in increasing the company’s involvement in the CPCU Society throughout the years. Her article, Product Contamination Insurance: Coverage Issues for Increasing Exposures, is scheduled to appear in the Insights technical journal this spring.
