Atlanta, GA, August 7, 2019 — Stephen Manahan has joined the Specialty Property Program team of Blue River Underwriters, part of Breckenridge Insurance Group, as vice president, underwriting. Manahan brings more than 25 years of expertise in underwriting property and inland marine risks—primarily in excess and surplus markets—as well as leading high performing teams.
For the last four years, Manahan was senior vice president, property and inland marine for Kinsale Insurance Company in Richmond, VA and held a similar role while at Arch Insurance Group in Chicago, IL. He has been a branch manager for Travelers Specialty, underwrote property at two select insurance companies and spent nine years early in his career as a property broker in Dublin, Ireland.
