May 09, 2023. — Eliot Partnership (“Eliot Partnership”), the leading global insurance sector specialist executive search firm, today announced its expansion into the global Life Insurance and Reinsurance market under the leadership of Brad Whatley, Director, Global Life, who joined the business in June 2022.
Brad is based in Chicago and brings nearly 20 years of experience and specialist subject matter knowledge to Life clients’ leadership engagements. Working closely with Lydia Pitts, Senior Partner and Head of North America, and the wider global business, Brad will be expanding the firm’s sector specialist executive search services into the Life Insurance and Reinsurance market. Prior to joining Eliot Partnership, Brad was Managing Director at an insurance specific executive search firm, specialising in the Life insurance industry. Brad’s insurance experience precedes his time in the search industry, having started his career with tenures at Aon Corporation and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
