This sounds like a good policy for people who already have insurance for their marijuana business but are wary of a specific exclusion (pollution/pollutants) and the resulting effects of that type of claim. Coverage gaps exist across our industry so it’s good to see someone if willing to step in to fill those gaps.
Attempted humor ahead: starting at $333 a month (low) with a $5,000 deductible (high) seems a bit off – shouldn’t they be charging $420 a month with a $4,200 deductible?
