Best Online Lead Provider?

just as the title says, I'm looking for some recomendations on online lead providers. I was going to use Netquote but I've heard from a couple of friends that their leads have been lacking.

i really dont want to give out my secrets but I will tell you Netquote's
lead were not great. You get great volume, but not good quality.
