Salesforce.com vs. ACT! to manage sales

Is anyone using Salesforce.com to manage their producers? We are currently using ACT! but like the remote features of salesforce Huge cost investment though. I'm looking for feedback from agencies that have had success with either Our agency sells Personal, Commercial and H/L
