Our agency is having a very hard time locating a market for our homeowners assoications. Some of the assoications do not have property (master communities) and we have others on a blanket basis.
Can anyone help me locate a couple of good markets?

Don't know which LOB you are looking to write, but I have seen coverage offered as follows: GL-Scottsdale, Property, Landmark American, D & O & Crime thru Travelers & Umbrella w/ Zurich. If you can access Zenith believe they will offer w/c. HOA's are not my area of major expertise, but I have seen these combinations placed. Try Swett & Crawford for the prop/gl.
