Lexis/Nexis Insurance Exchange

The Lexis/Nexis Insurance Exchange takes effect on October 12, 2010 and I was wondering if this will be able to insurance agents or just large brokers? If it's available to smaller agents how much does it cost?

@randrew54 We have a video interview w/Frank Sentner from CIAB about the LexisNexis Insurance Exchange.

In that interview Sentner says, "any agent/broker/carrier or valid third party to the insurance transaction would be allowed to use the insurance exchange".
