Fellow insurance workers,
I would like to know what you consider the best two or three LinkedIn groups for insurance are. I have monitored the ACT Technology group but it seems to be heavily censored, so much so that opposing viewpoints are removed or not shown, and am very disappointed with it.
What are your favorite insurance LinkedIn groups?
Are there other interesting social media insurance groups out on the web?

Re: Best Insurance LinkedIn Group
Has anybody thought about a New Year's Resolution: Let's go out there and market/sell insurance and spend less time with webinars, seminars, linkedin, facebook, twitter, etc. They seem to proliferate faster than rabbits!
I could literally fill my calendar daily with the above mentioned distractions. Would be interesting for a while until I looked at my bottom line:loads of somewhat valuable information and no income. I am appreciative of the convenience that automation has provided, but the bottom line is still the same-you have to be out selling insurance and helping others get the protection(s) they need or you will find yourself on the outside looking in when it comes to a client base.
Imagine what the rise in the unemployment rate would be if everyone cancelled the various webinars, seminars, regional meetings, etc., thereby eliminating the necessity of the people who arrange and conduct them!

I have joined some of the LinkedIn groups mentioned above and I find the posts very helpful. Aside from LinkedIn, do check out other FB pages that are worth visiting to.
