i have been looking for others also. I have been talking to agents in the area and serching the internet.

If you are looking for companies to write with, this is what I have done.

Go to your state insurance department and get a list of every company that can do business in the state. Look up every company on the web and start contacting them.

Also have a business plan available for them.

When I did this I was able to see how much business the company has done. This cgave me a hand up when speaking with them. When looking them up on the internet you can also see how many agents they have int eh area and if their product is for you.

Goos luck

Check out the Smart Choice program -- http://www.smartchoiceagents.com. They'll soon be up and running in a number of states out west as well.

You can find a directory of cluster groups throughout the USA and even worldwide on AgencyEquity.com - use link below and view the resource menu. The site search allows you to locate a group by state or country.

I have a few articles on these groups on my website:

An Overview of Agency Clusters, Alliances, or Networks
http://www.agencyequity.com/articles/25 ... r-networks

Questions to Ask Before Joining an Agency Cluster Group
http://www.agencyequity.com/articles/10 ... ster-group

There is more, just go the the site and choose "search" - use keyword "Cluster" and you will find a number of articles that talk about these groups in addition to the ones I posted above.
