Hi all.
I have an opportunity to quote the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity. This is a multi-faceted risk that includes a retail thrift store, accepting donated building supplies and houseware goods as well as serving as the general contractor for the construction of new homes for their clients. I think a bit of lender exposure may also be present as they help the clients with the financing of the new homes as well.
Has anyone worked this type of account before? Where did you place the coverage?
