I would like to know how many agents out there are still doing this:
Calling Insureds upon renewal.
Sending Insureds a letter upon renewal.
Sending out a renewal questionnaire 60 days prior to renewals.
If you are not doing any of the above, what kind of yearly contact do you have with your insureds?

What type of renewal questionnaire are you sending the client? Is this a form that your agency developed? Do you customize the questionnaire depending upon the type of client, or does everyone get the same form?
