Are you a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas? I believe they have an E&O program you can get this coverage through.

I'm in Texas as well. The best place to get your E&O (cost & coverage wise) will be thru IIAT. If you are not a member you will need to join. Another option is that IF you are contracted with Infinity Insurance, they also have a program soley for their agency force. You of course can broker coverage thru a GA but I find that the coverage form may not (and I say "may not") be as broad plus you have all the fees and taxes. - Good luck.

I'm an Allied agent and have e&o thorugh their group plan. I have not shopped it around in a while, does anyone know if it is competitive?
