Are you concerned more about the liability? Is your client worried about his dirt ending up in his neighbor's swimming pool? Loss of timber value? What is the slope? Is it in a slide-prone area? Lots of questions, the biggest of which is... WHY?

LadyBroker has the right idea... might be a "London" opportunity.
