General Contractor who does 75% remodeling and 25% new construction builds 4 - 5 custom homes per year. Has open claim from 2002 (attorney's have just been sitting on it). Currently have him with Gemini which was $25,000 last year with residential ground up exclusion. X date is 5/1/04. Any ideas?
