Workers comp
Hello I am in California and am having trouble finding a market for Workers Comp policy with class code 7207. (Non profit horse therapy for disabled children) Any help would be appreciated. I was told State Fund might do it but I am not appointed with them and it takes 3-4 months to get the appointment per State Fund.

Re: Workers comp
MIght be able to find a Non-Profit program or equine program to handle....or might just have to let it go direct to SCIF if that is in the best interest of the client.

Re: Workers comp
Talk with a friendly competitor who has State Fund, work out a split on a 1 year placement, then BOR when you have the appointment. The only risk to the friendly competitor is if there is a loss and it affects the contingency check for them.
