Vanderbilt Properties Insurance Brokerage Hires Correll as VP in New York

Vanderbilt Properties Insurance Brokerage, a New York City-based national program administrator and brokerage for the real estate industry, hired Kim Correll as vice president of New Business Development.

In her new role, Correll will be responsible for the oversight of all new business for Vanderbilt’s real estate programs, such as property, general liability, umbrella and directors and officers. She will also be responsible for building and maintaining agent, broker and carrier relationships, as well as executing new business strategies nationwide.

Prior joining Vanderbilt, Correll held the position of senior marketing representative at Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Previously, Correll launched her career at McGowan & Company where she managed new business underwriting in the Community Association Program before being named business development manager overseeing New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Vanderbilt Properties Insurance Brokerage is a program manager and program developer of risk purchasing groups (RPG) and workers’ compensation safety groups. The firm specializes in insurance program administration for the real estate industry.
