Rosensaft Joins Alliant Insurance Services as Managing Director

Jodi Rosensaft joined Alliant Insurance Services, headquartered in Irvine, California, as managing director, advisory leader – representation and warranties insurance, Alliant Specialty, in the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) vertical.

Rosensaft, based in New York, has worked on complex M&A transactions for over 20 years as an M&A lawyer and, more recently, as an insurance broker focusing on transactional risk. Before Alliant, Rosensaft served as transactional risk chief strategy officer for North America at Marsh. Before joining the insurance industry, she was a practicing M&A/corporate and securities attorney with Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York.

Victor Appoints McDougald President of US Specialty Business

Victor, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, appointed Tim McDougald, who is based in Boston, president of its Victor U.S. specialty underwriting business.

McDougald previously worked at Marsh for 34 years, serving in various leadership roles in New York and Boston. Prior to his current role of eight years as Marsh’s New England operations leader, he led Marsh’s New York metro risk management team.
