St. Louis, Missouri-based WFL Expands Top Management Team

WFL, an insurance and risk services agency headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., has added three new executives – Terry Reams, Mark Latini and Beth Grellner – to its top management team.

As chief operating officer, Terry Reams of Eureka, Mo., leads efforts to expand and evolve the risk management advisory services WFL offers to business clients. Reams provides strategic leadership to all corporate support functions, plays the lead role in establishing and managing organizational processes, and works to establish a focused client-team concept across the organization. .

Reams has 25 years of experience in employee benefits, operational and risk management consulting, most recently as president of employee benefits and chief operating officer at Flood & Peterson Insurance in Greeley, Colo.

Mark Latini of St. Louis has joined WFL as surety practice leader. He is responsible for client development and management, along with operational planning and the identification and communication of emerging industry trends, issues and market intelligence to surety bond clients.

Latini has 23 years of experience in the surety industry and previously was vice president of Universal Business Insurance in St. George, Utah. He is a member of Associated Builders & Contractors, Associated General Contractors and the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.

Beth Grellner of Pacific, Mo., has joined WFL as employee benefits practice leader. Her role is focused on long-term strategic management of client employee benefits plans and programs, along with operational execution and the identification and communication of emerging industry trends, issues and market intelligence to client with a focus on current healthcare reform activities.

Grellner formerly was director of key accounts with CBIZ, where she worked to develop benefits and insurance plans for business owners. Grellner is past-president of the Missouri and St. Louis chapters of the National Association of Health Underwriters, and treasurer of the Center for Women in Transition board of directors. She is an insurance program instructor for the University of Missouri Extension Program.
