Prof Ritz for the plaintiffs was a perfect example of the absent minded professor. She didn’t like statistics to prove her case but favored her beliefs. She said she liked to analyze the data many ways until she found what she wanted. So blatantly bias. I sad excuse for a scientist trying to make a quick buck by playing expert witness. She looked very shaky on cross examination admitting to lying in depositions -i.e. . she disagreed several times on what she had said in her own deposition versus what she said in the court room. She was either lying in her deposition or court appearance or is stupid not good either way. Sad scene but the best the plaintiff’s could put on

I know proof , but , they are all stupid , because they believe it is glyphosate with no basis in fact . I have the basis , too , all in one sentence . Oncologists will not testify even if they agree with my proof. They will hyperbolize.

So instead of disputing that pesticides and herbicides cause cancer she says that it could be the pesticides?! Exactly why I buy organic. Give your money to farmers who grow crops without all of those chemicals, for the health of the people and environment. If we don’t buy the pesticide and herbicide covered crops, they’ll stop growing it.
